Refund policy

You have 14 days to send your unwanted item(s) back to us from the date your parcel is delivered.

Lucky Dips and Mystery Bags cannot be returned for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

In the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on pierced items.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Returned goods are your responsibility until we receive them back. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We strongly recommend returning items using a tracked and insured service. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit if your return is lost in transit.

Attention: Customs declarations for all international returns must be marked ‘Returned goods. No commercial value’ on your customs declaration.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund, including standard delivery costs. Please provide your order number and photos of the defect.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
