Order Shipping
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 72 hours after payment has been received and confirmed.
Modifications and Cancellations
You have 12 hours after placing your order to request a modification, including changes to the delivery address. Please carefully review your information when placing your order.
In accordance with European law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy.
Delivery Times
France Metropolitan: 3-10 business days.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, or carrier delays. We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we may assist in resolving the matter with the carrier.
